INTRODUCTION
The SML store is an organization that needs to monitor the performance of its many employees. In this type of organization, SML must have an information system that can do all this in a practical way. Performance and compliance. In one year, an employee can take several leaves of absence. SML STORE currently uses the manual leave management system. The employee process ends with them filling out a form and letting their manager or supervisor approve it. This type of system takes time to collect information and generate reports. SML Employee Leave Management System with Notification will aim to have a better system, so that they know who and how many employees are on leave and are available in the store. SML’s employee leave management system with notification is an inefficient use of company time and resources, so SML will use a new leave management system for efficient use. New SML Employee Leave Management System with Notification will bring improvement for future use. The leave management process will be easy for the employee as well as the SML store which provides information or queries about each employee’s leave be it leave balances, leave approval on a specific date etc. SML leave management should aim to have a better system, so that they know who and how many employees are on leave and are available in the store. The SML leave management system with notification project is accessible throughout the organization or company. This system is an automated leave information management system. Employees and approval of leave, cancellations, etc. are elements of this system. Each employee is given a unique employee ID to log into the system and submit a leave request. Project managers from higher authorities will handle the proposal, accept it, reject it or leave it on hold. Before approving the leave, different departments will process the request through this system and make decisions. This system will improve the leave management process within the company by saving time and resources. It helps employees leave their balances, request leave, view past leave history, and managers can review and exit requests. This system is convenient for any business or organization with a large number of employees. This system manages different types, leaves the history of all employees. The leave management system is a LAN system that can be operated through the cooperating company. This system is also used automatically. The purpose of SML Employee Leave Management System with Notification is to manage employees effectively. The system will provide excellent service to the store, including a better transaction process that will allow employees to check out quickly and efficiently.
